Terms of Use for TempoFit

By creating an account or using the TempoFit application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a strong password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

TempoFit provides a workout timer application that allows you to generate, save, and execute workout routines. Some features, such as workout generation from text, voice, or images, use artificial intelligence (AI) to process your input and create a structured workout plan.

You retain all rights to the text, voice commands, images, and workout plans you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

Certain features of the Service may be subject to payments, now or in the future ("Paid Services"). Please note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Paid Service are deemed part of this Agreement. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the application.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TempoFit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use within the application. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
